BVI Annual Renewal
19.10.20102010 Annual Renewal for British Virgin Islands companies incorporated in the second half of the year will be due in the near future. Government Fees should be paid before deadline deadline date which is 30 October 2010. If the License fee will be unpaid the company may be struck of or applied an additional late fee penalty.
For companies with authorised share capital in excess of USD 50,000, the base annual renewal is increased due to additional government license fees.
