For individual merchants, opening a Cypriot company is a pre-requisite and the final approval to proceed will be based on risk levels, merchant history, operating jurisdiction and anti fraud monitoring systems the merchant has in place.
Merchants will be redirected to a Payment Gateway that is already integrated with the bank, the bank will manage the transactions through their systems in coordination with the Gateway.
